SF-2S Non-oil lubricated bearings, SF-2 is an improved product, with copper back as the substrate, middle sintering spherical bronze powder, the surface rolling acetal resin and containing lipophilic fibers and special lubricant polymer material . For the same products overseas DS bearing, to adapt the work under normal temperature conditions dry friction and less oily occasions, with a low coefficient of friction, wear resistance, oil-free advantages.
The product has been used in a swinging motion, easy to wear, corrosive applications, such as field volume, bulldozers, printing machines, shearers and cranes, aerial work and other driving situations.
Note: SF-2 series of products can also choose a different base materials according to different conditions, such as: bronze substrate, a stainless steel substrate, and "lead-free" and other formulations.
