1. poor lubrication (about 50%)

2. fatigue (about 34%)
Fatigue damage is a common damage mode of bearing. The common causes of fatigue damage may be: long term overload operation of bearings, not timely maintenance, improper maintenance, equipment aging, etc..
Suggestion: select the appropriate bearing type, regular and timely replacement of bearing fatigue.
3. improper installation (about 16%)
(1) installation using brute force, direct percussion bearing the greatest damage to the bearings with a hammer is the main cause of deformation.
(2) installed in place, install biased or loaded into the bearing, causing the bearing clearance is too small. The inner and outer rings are not in the same rotation center, resulting in non concentric.

4. pollution (about 14%)
Pollution can lead to premature bearing damage, pollution refers to dust and metal scraps into the internal bearing. The main reasons include: the use of premature opening of the bearing packaging, causing pollution; installation work environment is not clean, causing pollution; bearing working environment is not clean, working medium pollution, etc..
Suggestion: in the best not to open the bearing packaging before use; install to keep the environment clean installation, clean bearings to be used to enhance the bearing seal.
